Acceptable Use Policy
This is a draft template describing the platform's actual technical behaviour. It is not a substitute for review by qualified Nigerian legal counsel before publication or reliance.
Debits require real authority
You may not configure or use the platform to attempt a debit that is not covered by a valid, active customer mandate. Salary-window predictions are inputs to scheduling — they are never to be treated as, or configured to act as, standalone debit authority.
Recovery must stay responsible
You may not use recovery workflows to disclose a customer's debt to a third party, to contact a customer outside configured quiet hours or frequency limits, or to continue automated contact with a customer who has an open dispute or hardship case.
Do-not-contact and wrong-number flags must be honoured across every channel and every workflow — not bypassed by starting a new campaign.
No circumventing audit or tenant isolation
You may not attempt to access, export, or infer another tenant's data, or to alter or delete audit events. The audit trail exists so every automated action remains attributable — undermining it undermines the accountability the platform is built to provide.
Rules must reflect real approval
Published rule versions should reflect genuine internal review and approval, not be rubber-stamped to unblock automation. A rule's version history is the record of what your organisation actually decided, and when.
Reporting a concern
If you believe the platform is being used in a way that harms a customer or breaches these terms, contact your account owner or reach us via the demo request form.
