Collect repayments at the right time. Recover overdue loans responsibly.
CreditPulse is collections and debt recovery software for regulated Nigerian lenders — predicted-salary-window debit scheduling under authorised mandates, and rule-governed multichannel recovery workflows.
Mandate-based collections
Every debit runs under an authorised, active customer mandate — never assumed authority.
Configurable, versioned rules
Every automated action traces back to a specific published rule version.
Human-controlled recovery
Multichannel outreach with hardship, dispute, and do-not-contact holds built in.
Complete audit trail
Every action is attributable — actor, rule version, and provider reference.
How it works
From imported loan to responsible recovery — four stages, each gated by its own safety checks.
Import loans & instalments
Bulk-sync via API or CSV import — one row per instalment, matched idempotently to your own loan identifiers so re-imports never duplicate.
Predict the salary window
Confidence-scored prediction from a confirmed payday, historical credit patterns, or an employer pay-cycle — never an assumption of debit authority.
Collect under mandate
A debit only fires once mandate coverage, notice, retry limits, and holds all pass — checked together, inside one locked transaction.
Recover responsibly, if needed
Unpaid instalments escalate into a rule-governed recovery workflow that pauses automatically the moment a dispute or hardship case is raised.
Collections Intelligence
Predict the debit window most likely to succeed, and schedule debits under active mandates with notice satisfied — never assumed.

Salary-window prediction
Rule-based, confidence-scored, with full provenance — a prediction never creates debit authority on its own.

Debit safety invariants
Mandate coverage, notice, retry limits, and holds are checked in one locked transaction before every debit.
Responsible Recovery
Multichannel outreach that respects quiet hours, contact frequency limits, and pauses automatically on dispute or hardship.

Voice, SMS & WhatsApp

Promise-to-pay tracking
Monitor and manage negotiated settlement agreements systematically.
Built for every role in the operation
Seven roles, method-level enforced — not a single shared admin login.
Org Owner
Full administrative control of the tenant, including publishing rules and managing users.
Ops Manager
Runs day-to-day collections and recovery operations, assigns cases, configures policies.
Collections Officer
Works the collection queue, manages mandates, records notices.
Recovery Agent
Owns assigned recovery cases — contact log, promise-to-pay, escalation.
Compliance Officer
Owns dispute and hardship resolution, approves and publishes rule versions.
Finance / Reconciliation
Reconciles provider settlement against recorded debit outcomes.
Read-only Auditor
Full visibility into records and the audit trail, with no ability to act.
Reports and governance, not a black box
Every number is computed live from real records. Every automated rule is versioned and reviewable.
Portfolio, PAR & performance reports
Outstanding balance, delinquency aging, portfolio-at-risk (PAR30/60/90), collections success rate, and agent case load — computed on request, never a cached projection presented as fact.
Versioned rules engine
Draft → simulate → approve → publish → retire, per module. Publishing a new version supersedes the last — it never rewrites history, so every past automated decision stays explainable.
Built for Nigerian regulatory obligations
CreditPulse is engineered to support your obligations under FCCPC and CBN guidance — masking sensitive data, enforcing mandate-and-notice rules, and keeping a complete audit trail. Using the platform does not by itself constitute legal compliance; that determination rests with your organisation and counsel.
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace our payment provider?expand_more
No. CreditPulse orchestrates mandates and debit scheduling through your own licensed payment provider integration (Flutterwave). It never holds, pools, or settles customer funds itself.
Does using this platform make us compliant?expand_more
No — compliance is a determination made by your organisation and qualified Nigerian counsel, not by software. The platform gives you the mechanisms (masking, mandate/notice enforcement, dispute holds, a complete audit trail) to support that determination.
What happens when a customer disputes a debit, or raises hardship?expand_more
Automation for that customer pauses immediately — both scheduled debits and recovery outreach — via a compliance hold, until the dispute or hardship case reaches a terminal resolution.
Can we customise collection and contact rules ourselves?expand_more
Yes. The rules engine supports draft → simulate → approve → publish → retire per module. Publishing a new version never mutates history — it supersedes the prior version, which stays intact for audit.
We don't have live SMS, voice, or WhatsApp provider accounts yet — can we still start?expand_more
Yes. Every outreach channel ships in mock/sandbox mode by default — nothing is sent for real. Moving a channel to live is a configuration change once you have your own provider credentials, not a rebuild.
